Joining a class once or twice a week, keeps you accountable and tests the boundaries of your current fitness level. After leaving my beloved downtown Chicago Equinox to move to downtown Los Angeles in 2009, I was relieved to discover these two gems in the neighborhood, Rita Chan and Kristie La Tray!
