This is a shout out to one of my favorite running songs of all time! This jam always make me run like a wild tiger is behind me. From the soundtrack of Snatch, there is no doubt you’ll feel the heat. I’m a big advocate for having your own plan yet mixing it up with a class can do you good! Joining a class once or twice a week, keeps you accountable and tests the boundaries of your current fitness level. After leaving my beloved downtown Chicago Equinox to move to downtown Los Angeles in 2009, I was relieved to discover these two gems in the neighborhood, Rita Chan and Kristie La Tray!
