You can take that any way you like! Cherries are good! This week, I’ll share some fun ‘Creations’ with and without cherries that I made to keep my food interesting! After seeing a good deal for this tub of cherries, what was a healthy girl to do? In my “Code Red” blog post, I mention several principles that I follow. I do well on eating high carbs in the morning and lower carb meals in the evening.
