It’s about time that we stop all communications to ensure we are keeping ourselves mentally fit to manage the push and pull of business and personal life.
After sitting at a desk or on our feet all day entertaining people, when we do not get a chance to be silent and loosen up our physical bodies, we are too fatigued to enjoy our life after work.
Instead of waiting for a breaking point, we must decide on a time to run, muscle train or stretch out! This activity should raise our heart rates, flex our limbs and make us think of nothing else but finishing just that exercise.
This blog will follow my journey to keep fit with running, lifting and some yoga. I will post demonstration videos, recipes and even articles on Time and Anger Management topics I have taught.
Finally, a great exercise for both mind and body is laughter so I may have to throw in some good stand-up clips to make your belly shake and raise your serotonin levels. Ahhhh…. Feeling better already!
